But the in-flight movie selection is raising eyebrows among critics.
In an exclusive report obtained by The Folly Times, it has been revealed that the movie selected for the flight is Get Hard, the 2015 comedy starring Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart. The movie tells the story of a wealthy businessman who is sentenced to prison and turns to a black car washer for help in learning how to survive behind bars.
Critics of the former president have been quick to point out the irony of a man who has long touted his own wealth and power now watching a movie about a wealthy man who is forced to confront the realities of life in prison.
“Maybe he’s hoping to pick up some tips from Kevin Hart on how to survive in prison,” said one critic. “Or maybe he just has a twisted sense of humor.”
The Folly Times reached out to the producers of Get Hard for comment, but they declined to provide one.
