Rock artist Kid Rock expressed his concern about the possibility of GMC partnering with “woke” influencers. The musician, who made headlines for firing gunshots at Bud Light beer cans after the company partnered with a transgender influencer, hopes that GMC does not follow in the footsteps of Anheuser-Busch.
“I love my custom built GMC Sierra truck, and I would hate to have to shoot it up just to prove a point,” Kid Rock said in the interview. “But if GMC partners with these woke liberals, then I will have no choice but to defend my truck and my values.”
Kid Rock, who is known for his conservative views, believes that companies should stay away from politics and focus on their products. “I don’t care if you’re gay, straight, transgender, or whatever you want to be,” he said. “But I don’t want to see it in my beer or my truck.”
When asked about the potential backlash from his actions, Kid Rock was unfazed. “I’m not afraid to stand up for what I believe in,” he said. “And if that means shooting up a few cans of beer or my truck, then so be it.”
GMC has not yet responded to Kid Rock’s comments, but some speculate that the company may be considering a partnership with a progressive influencer. If this happens, it remains to be seen whether Kid Rock will follow through on his threats to shoot up his beloved truck.
