Los Angeles, CA – Hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt is making headlines again for his latest real estate move. According to sources close to the actor, Pitt allowed his elderly neighbor to live in his Los Feliz mansion rent-free until he died, but with one peculiar condition – he had to keep pigeons away from the property.
The 105-year-old neighbor, identified only as John, lived in the house for over a decade, enjoying the generosity of the A-list actor. But despite the free accommodation, John was tasked with the seemingly impossible job of keeping the pigeons away from the property, which proved to be quite a challenge.
“Brad has this inexplicable hatred for pigeons,” said a source close to the actor. “Nobody knows why, but he just can’t stand them. He made John promise to keep them away from the house, and he took that job very seriously.”
According to the source, John tried everything from scarecrows to loud music to keep the pesky birds away, but they always seemed to come back.
“John did his best, but those pigeons were relentless,” the source said. “Brad would get so angry every time he saw one of them on his property. He even installed a pigeon-proof netting system, but somehow they still managed to get through.”
Despite the ongoing pigeon problem, Brad continued to let John live in the house until he passed away at the ripe old age of 105. And even after John’s death, Brad’s hatred for pigeons lived on.
“He’s still trying to figure out a way to get rid of them for good,” the source said. “It’s become a bit of an obsession for him. But at least he can take comfort in knowing that John did his best to keep them away while he was still alive.”
